Course Description Insurance professionals will benefit from this presentation by learning about the key risks inherent in the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”), the generation of claims arising out of insured use of AI, and the risks posed by defense counsel use AI. As AI becomes increasingly more pervasive in our personal and work lives, it is also creating new legal risks, from privacy violation and intellectual property infringement, to personal injury and cyber, to name a few. AI also creates new risks for litigators and insurers. This presentation will discuss the evolving legal landscape driven by AI and will conclude with a brief discussion of how AI is affecting the insurance market.
