Course Description Christian Ketter and Michael Pasquinelli, of Peterson, Johnson & Murray, LLC (Oak Brook, IL), will provide a key review of current professional obligations for Illinois lawyers and the interplay of those Rules of Professional Conduct with fostering civility in the law. Ketter is the Associate General Counsel for the DuPage County Bar Association, the former Chair of the DCBA Appellate Law Section, and Editor-in-Chief of the DCBA Brief. Pasquinelli currently serves as Vice-Chair of the DCBA Business Law Section. Ketter & Pasquinelli will cover the specific obligations that are owed to clients, opposing counsel, and the court and how best practices of compliance fosters civility in the practice of law.
