Course Description This intensive five-day, 40-hour course provides students with essential skills and knowledge required to mediate divorce and post-divorce issues such as parenting plans, property division, alimony, child support and children’s expenses, among others. This course also addresses screening for appropriateness for mediation, intimate-partner violence, power imbalances in mediation, and ethical and legal issues for mediators.
