Course Description
Immigration attorney Clare Corado teaches attorneys about the United States immigration system and Executive Actions. Mrs. Corado first details the main steps to consider when evaluating an individual’s immigration case, provides practice points & tips for other fields of law and then concludes with a discussion on the recent Executive Actions by President Obama and DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals). She then discusses the recent presidential Executive Actions and covers the three enforcement priorities, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA), preparing a deferred action case, types of evidence and formatting tips.
