Course Description
Cheryl Nolan teaches lawyers about the emerging practice area of Animal Law. Cheryl mainly discusses the nuts and bolts of animal law practice, common issues & claims and important practice tips. She will also provide commentary on claims involving fake service animals, service animals regulations & requirements, law enforcement matters, accidents & premises liability, animal abuse & neglect, risks to the health & safety of animals, combatting puppy mills and managing clients. Having been involved in her mother’s dog obedience business from an early age, attorney Cheryl Nolan now helps her clients with a variety of animal related issues in her animal-centered law practice, from housing law and negligence to products liability and visitation rights.
