Course Description This Guardian Ad Litem Seminar is designed to provide guardians ad litem with credit for their continued certification. The seminar includes presentations on parental alienation, the relationship between family factors and the development of aggression disorders in children, and signs of child abuse as well as a case law update, the difference between a guardian ad litem and child representative, and a panel discussion by judges from the Eleventh and Seventh Circuits on the use of guardians ad litem and child representatives in their court.
